HOUSE ROAST
This roast is between the medium and the dark roast.. The beans are allowed to roast to a higher temperature which allows some of the oils to come to the surface. The coffee is more rounded and just a little less caffeine.

DARK ROAST
Our dark roast holds a stronger taste since we allow it to stay in the roaster until the beans reach a temperature of 465 degrees. The oils are brought out to the surface of the coffee bean, this roast is a stronger taste but with less caffeine.
